The Union and the company along with our attorneys met with an Arbitrator regarding the cross-training case. With negotiations in June and a ruling wouldnt be issued until August, we agreed to attempt to resolve this during negotiations.

If we cannot come to an agreement we will notify the arbitrator and an expedited hearing will be scheduled.

We keep the same arbitrator so we wont have to wait.

We will discuss thisis more detail at the group meeting on May 7.
