As we approach the June 24 strike, watch for and IMMEDIATELY report any of the following to the Union:

? Management questioning you about the strike, your vote, or union activity

? Threats — direct or indirect — about your job, benefits, or future if you strike

? Promises of better terms if you cross the line or don't strike

? Supervisors or managers performing bargaining unit work

? Changes to your schedule, duties, or working conditions without notice or agreement

? Any attempt to surveil or photograph picket line activity

? Managers asking who voted which way or who is supporting the strike

? Any subcontracting or outside contractors brought in before the strike begins

YOUR RIGHTS: You have the right to strike. You cannot be fired for striking. Any attempt to interfere with that right is a federal labor law violation.

Report ANYTHING suspicious directly to your steward.

Do not respond to management — just document it and report below.

The company has refused to change its position. The Union notified the company that we would be on strike effective 6/24/26 - 6:31 PM.
